I'm building Grant.

Grant is the agent's self, instantiated. Not a chatbot — a 24/7 clone that holds the relationships, the listings, the vendor network, the off-market intel, the family memory. Voice, judgment, taste. The stuff agents have always had but couldn't scale.

AGNT AI Inc. filed in 2022. Last week, a public real estate company adopted my company's nameas their NASDAQ ticker. I'm not fighting the rebrand — there's room. But the receipts are public and dated, and the bigger product idea — the clone — is the one we're shipping. Welcome to the AGNT era.

Co-Founder (with David Lemley)

ATX Innovation · parent of Union POS

Co-founded with David Lemley in 2009 under ATX Innovation. We collapsed the bar tab into a phone app — customers paid from their pocket, not the waiter's notebook. Tools were burying the people delivering the value. Same thesis I'm running on real estate now. Union POS is ATX Innovation's product line today.

RealSavvy

Co-Founder · CEO · Co-Founder again

Sold to OJO Labs · reacquired by AGNT AI Inc. (2022)

Built the first IDX platform that didn't look like 2003. Sold to OJO Labs. Watched it drift from the original vision. Bought it back through AGNT AI Inc. in 2022 — along with Listing Village, which RealSavvy had acquired. Now the substrate for AGNT IDX, AGNT Studio, AGNT FUB, and the rest of the family.
